Jean-Christophe PICOULEAU

He took his musical studies at the Mans Conservatoire then at the Faculty of musicology of Tours and Rennes.

At the age of 18, he took up Voice studies at the Conservatoire working afterwards with some of the most important personalities of the song in France such as René Bisson and René Bianco.


Titular member of the Tours Theater choir and also of the Opera Bastille in Paris, he was part of the troop of soloists of the Angers Theater during two seasons.

He works currently as an occasional of the spectacle. He occurred notably in the National Opera of Strasbourg and Lyon. With this last one, he sang in San Francisco the role " of one" of the ridiculous of " l'Amour des trois Oranges " Author and composer, he interprets with so as the French song and the traditional repertoire.
